We are in the RV and finally out of the Dallas - Ft Worth area and headed northwest on Hwy 287. The RV is way cooler then the pictures showed. It is bigger inside yet smaller looking from the outdide. Kris is driving now that we are out of the urbanas.
The man who made the informational run down when we picked up the RV was a typical kind, mustached Texan who gave us extra toilet tablets... on the house. Yes, he taught me how to dump the dumper etcetera. Insert Cousin Eddie jokes and comments here.
The kids are all over the RV. It is only a matter of time until one gets tossed on here. Riding in the back, at the table and seats is lime riding Amtrak and the polar vortex that pushed south has made it very windy snd cooler than usual on the Texas plains. However either the wind is blowing "the Breadbox" all over the road or Kris's driving is sketchy. It is her first time to drive an RV so let's say it is the wind.
Summer has been spotting campsites for tonight ever since we entered Ft. Worth and has asked if we are in Colorado or out of Texas five times already. Not even close, Summer... not even close.
