Painting titled 'The Turtle' has been missing since Jubilee Jam 2008.  Taken from my art booth in the art district next to the Governor's Mansion in downtown Jackson, Ms during Jubilee jam.  It has yet to be found or returned.

The alien laying on my old work table pictured here was stolen from a fastened footing across from Millsaps College on State Street (Jackson, MS) during the summer of 2005.  He had a cylindrical cup in his metal hand at the time.  He is still missing.

There are still two 2 ft. square acrylic paintings missing, stolen from a Charleston, SC downtown restaurant in 2000/01.

There is a metal 'Native' missing from the woods along the Old Trace behind the Mississippi Craft Center and there is a 3 ft. tall metal 'Heron' missing from inside the Craft Center circa 2006/2007.

Recovered stolen art includes Desert Cactus painting (Charleston, SC), Metal Deer Head (Clinton, MS), Oil on Glass Wave Window (Folly Beach, SC).

A small chair-side table I made (three legged metal stand with a bodock table top) has been taken from a local Gallery in Jackson.  They told me a nephew "confiscated" it, and that they will pay me for it.  I imagine he took it back to New Orleans with him, without paying or asking, of course.  Just another missing Harry Day art piece to add to the list, though.
